The year 2024 was a year full of challenges! Facing the complex domestic and international economic situation and the fierce competition in the industry, we focused on the two strategic sectors of mobile energy and stationary energy. We strengthened the foundation of "stability" and gathered the strength for "progress." Centering on the business objectives of "improving quality, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency," we accelerated the upgrading of technology, quality, management, and equipment, and comprehensively expedited the development of industrial clusters. Many projects received support from the national "two key" and "two new" policies, and we achieved many new highlights and accomplishments in high-quality development. In this year, the Group successively won a series of prestigious honors, such as being listed among the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises, Top 500 Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises, Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises, and National Leaders in Mu (Chinese unit of area) Efficiency. Technological innovation is a key variable in the great changes unseen in a century, and it is also the symbol and essence of Chilwee. We adhere to technological innovation, firmly invest in the future, and lay out new technologies, new materials, and new products with high quality. We have been making frequent efforts in the fields of key technologies and materials for power and energy storage. This year, the R&D headquarters for magnesium batteries was established in Chongqing. The first phase of the Anqing Sodium-ion Battery Industrial Park is under intense construction. The trial production of negative electrode materials for the Hunan Sodium-ion Battery Project was successfully completed. Breakthroughs were achieved in the R&D of aqueous sodium-ion battery and aqueous zinc-ion battery technologies. A large number of high-quality new products, such as all-solid-state batteries, lithium metal batteries, and fluoride-ion batteries, are being intensively developed and promoted for industrialization, accelerating our efforts to overtake on curves and switch lanes for overtaking. Under the guidance of the industrial concept of "China Chilwee, Energy for Good," the brand has unleashed new potential. All marketing personnel have always regarded "being No.1 in sales volume" as the ultimate goal. They have continuously exerted efforts in channel innovation, product innovation, digital marketing, etc., and successfully shaped a more powerful brand image. With 19 years of cooperation with the martial arts superstar Donnie Yen, the brand-new advertising and technical promotional videos have shocked the industry. We adhere to the product focus strategy, and product series represented by the graphene series, Andre Geim series, Zhenheijin series, etc., lead the industry trend. We continue to promote the internationalization strategy, accelerate the pace of "going global," lay out in niche markets, expand incremental space, and provide high-quality products and services for global customers. This year, the production base in Vietnam was put into operation. New batteries such as graphene batteries, automotive batteries, all-solid-state sodium batteries, and zinc power batteries, as well as the energy storage business, have blossomed in many countries and regions such as Europe, America, and Southeast Asia. The overseas sales territory continues to expand, opening up a new situation. Talents are the primary resource! We have always regarded strengthening the enterprise with talents as the key to high-quality development. Adhering to the concept of "building the platform wherever the talents are," we have built the "nest" to attract the "phoenixes," gathered talents and intelligence, and made every effort to create the best platform for innovation, entrepreneurship, and realizing dreams in the global new energy field. This year, a total of 45 middle and high-level talents from home and abroad were introduced, and 8 talents were selected into national talent programs. The Group has cumulatively introduced and cultivated 26 national talents. It was selected as a Foreign Expert Workstation in Zhejiang Province. The innovation team for all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries was selected as a leading innovation and entrepreneurship team in Zhejiang Province, ranking at the forefront of the industry. Chilwee is an organic part of society! We have always upheld this concept, adhered to the principle of giving back to society while developing, and actively assumed social responsibilities. This year, we continued to carry out activities such as "Glory and Charity Education Aid," and love donation and paired co-construction activities between schools and enterprises, military units and enterprises, villages and enterprises, and government units and enterprises. For two consecutive years, we launched the public welfare activity of "Relay Hope • Bring Babies Home — Searching for Lost Children," helping lost people who had been away from home for more than 30 years to reunite with their families. In the new year, with an international perspective, we will base ourselves on the global market, accelerate the "going global" strategy, continuously expand our circle of friends, give full play to the advantages of the platform, technology, experience, resources, etc., accumulated by the Group over the years.
